We ship products throughout Greece using the Courier service.

  • The shipping costs of the goods for orders less than €200.00 are €3.00. *
  • The cost of cash on delivery for orders less than €200.00 is €2.00. *
  • Για παραγγελίες άνω των 200€ τα έξοδα αντικαταβολής και τα έξοδα αποστολής είναι ΔΩΡΕΑΝ. *

*ATTENTION! Excluded are heavy and bulky items as well as areas outside Greece where transport costs are calculated on a case-by-case basis.

Delivery Time:

Delivery takes place within 2 working days from the day of your order. Products in stock are shipped the same day - if the order is placed by 2:00 p.m. - otherwise they are shipped the next business day. In the event that one of the products of your order is not available for delivery, you will receive immediate information.

For products marked "1 to 3 days" and "4 to 10 days" the indicated delivery time applies, εφόσον υπάρχουν ετοιμοπαράδοτα στον προμηθευτή.

For products marked "10 to 30 days", "On order" and "Pre-order", delivery is made after consultation with the store.

Pick up from store: 

You can receive the products immediately if they are ready for delivery in our store or you have made an online order and we have informed you by phone that your order is ready for collection.

All products in our online store are checked and accompanied by an official manufacturer's warranty, the duration of which is determined by each dealer.

Σε περίπτωση βλάβης του προϊόντος, μπορείτε να επικοινωνήσετε είτε με το κατάστημά μας, είτε με το εξουσιοδοτημένο service της αντιπροσωπίας που αφορά το προϊόν σας. Σε κάθε περίπτωση, απαραίτητη προϋπόθεση είναι η προσκόμιση λιανικής απόδειξης ή τιμολογίου.

Return of Products

You can return the products you have purchased from our store as long as the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, i.e. without their packaging being unsealed or tampered with, the security and authenticity tape of the supplier, together with with the accompanying retail receipt or invoice within 14 days.

Repella Photostore is not obliged to replace the product sold when the one you chose is not to your liking.

In case you wish to return a product, please contact our store.

Your refund will be completed within 30 days from the date we receive the products.
